On this page you can connect to our computers so that we can view your screen and give you support over the internet.
After
you click on the
link below a small file file (160k) will download to your PC.
You
may be asked twice by your computer if you should run this file, the
answer in both cases is to RUN. This is mostly easily done by
pressing the R key each time. This program will connect to
our
computers, and when the session is
over it
will remove itself from your machine.
Before
you connect you
must 'phone us on
0703
194 1134
to
obtain a support ticket. Without doing this you will not be
able
to obtain support from us.
What you will see after clicking:-
First you should get a box like this:-
And you should choose Run.
If you are on dial up you will have to wait about 20 seconds while the file downloads.
Then you might get a security warning like this:
And,
again, you should choose Run.
A box like the one here
will then briefly appear on your screen, once it disappears the
connection starts. Progress will then be reported in your system tray
at bottom right of your screen.
If you want to stop the process once we connected right click
on the
icon
in the system tray and choose close.
Once the connection has been closed the program will uninstall and we will be unable to connect to you until you restart the whole process.
